Danielle West-Augustin is the Chief Executive Officer of Queen City Academy Charter School and an accomplished educational leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing system-level strategies that drive student achievement. She specializes in organizational growth and long-term financial sustainability, including developing innovative budget forecasting models that help school systems remain competitive while maintaining strong staffing structures. Her work focuses on aligning strategic planning, fiscal responsibility, and instructional excellence to support sustained student growth and organizational success.
